New Fabulous Free Vintage Image Page

I've created a new page for links to my favorite Vintage Image sites.  I've been talking about a few of them recently and have used many of these images on my blog for the last few years.  I created this page for others to find wonderful images to use online and in print.  Please check out these wonderful blogs and websites.  I know you won't be disappointed.

I have created a tab (see above) and a button on the right side bar that looks like this:

Sites to find lovely freebies and more:

Example of Freebie Images at Farfarhill blog.

This is where I found the lovely cottage images. I posted about here.

http://lilac-n-lavender.blogspot.com/

Example of Lilac and Lavender's work-look under tags (would make great bookmarks too).  I've already shared a few of her tags and pictures in the last few posts of mine.

For the rest of these sites just click on the pictures:

When I find more sites I will add them to this list.  If you know of any, or you’re your own, let me know making a comment on this post.

Hello Kitty Halloween Button Tutorial/Freebie Part One

(Yeah!  I found my post)

Have you ever used blingee.com.  Here is a blingee I created. In Blingee they have all sorts of stamps that you can put on your pictures.  To start with you need to have a picture, so I used this background as my "picture".

From Background Fairy

After I uploaded the background I added the Hello Kitty Button and the Spider Web.  Then I saved it to my files.

I took this image

Pretty Victorian Turned into a Haunted House

I found this beautiful Victorian House at The Graphic Fairy. Isn't it sweet? Well with Halloween around the corner I thought it would make a perfect Haunted House.

I uploaded the picture to Picnik.com which is Picasa's Edit program. Then I clicked on effects and turned the picture to Black and White.

Favorite Things Friday#7: Free Color Ocean Images

Here are some lovely vintage Ocean and Nautical Images to print and/or save to your files.  Just click on the picture and right click to "save as".  Next Friday I'm going to post black and white Ocean and Nautical Images, so please come back then.  I'll have those posted sooner.  I accidentally put in the wrong date when I scheduled this.  oops!

As you can see, I used some of these images when I redid my Blog Banner with a Summer theme (did you see my patriotic theme?)   You can see that here.

Most of these Images I got from The Graphic Fairy but i also got images from http://magicmoonlightfreeimages.blogspot.com
