Speaking of St. Patrick's Day, I tried out the Irish Soda Bread at a new store nearby. It's call Sprouts and has tons of organic and natural food with a fabulous bakery and butcher section. Right now they are in all the Southwest states of the United States. The sausages are made from scratch, using all-natural meats and wholesome products and are nitrate and MSG free. Since I have Fibromyalgia I have to be careful of what I eat. It's nice to find a place that has healthy stuff to help reduce my symptoms.
