Fixing...ARE YOU A NO REPLY BLOGGER

I was looking through a blog hop and there was a button that said ARE YOU A NO REPLY BLOGGER? A week or so ago a blogger told me that I was and though huh? Well I went to the link and got a great tutorial on how to check on this and fix it. When I switched to Blogger + my information didn't transfer over. Now I have a note to fix my profile etc.
