New Template now I need help with header...

I found a new site while blog hopping this AM.  It's called Shabby Blogs so I had to check it out.  A lot of cute blog templates and extras too.  I'm trying to get my header to work out now.  If anyone can tell me how to center my words, please help me.  Anyways here is the link to the Shabby blogs.

LOL... I need help with my header too as it is off center and held together with Scotch tape and string.
