How to Make a Simple Tree become a Halloween Scene

I didn't get accepted for the design team for TLC but I still on the look out for more fun graphics.  In the meantime, I want to share my new creation.  I took a simple tree and created this creepy Halloween Scene.

First I uploaded the tree onto Picmonkey

Then I went to the Halloween theme section and chose Trick or Treat.  Under that I found Scary Silhouettes and chose the house with the tree.

Then I went to the overlays and added a spider, spider web, that I tinted green,a raven, and a black cat.  See below picture to see result.

To make it even creepier, I this effect under edifice (see arrow in image below).  This is a royalty effect (not free) that I have paid extra for, but there are other amazing effects, backgrounds and stuff to use for free.

Here is the final picture.  I also wrote Creepy using a Halloween Font.  How do you like this?
